Dr. Alana Parry (Osteopath)

BACHELOR OF CLINICAL SCIENCES & MASTER OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE

DRY NEEDLING & MYOFASCIAL CUPPING

ABOUT ME

After completing my osteopathy degrees at Southern Cross University in Lismore, NSW, I made the move back to my hometown of Launceston. My passion for sports and a deep curiosity about the human body lead me to a career in osteopathy, where I love helping people move and feel better.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me running, at a pilates class, diving into the latest book I’ve discovered on social media, or enjoying a well-earned almond latte with friends.

MY APPROACH

I take a structural, holistic approach to osteopathy, tailoring each treatment to my patients’ needs. My treatments blend a mix of soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, manipulation, dry needling, cupping, and exercise rehabilitation.

I am passionate about helping my patients achieve lasting results, not just quick fixes. That’s why education plays a big role in my treatments. I believe in giving you the tools to manage pain and improve function long after you’ve left the clinic.
